Marbella stands as the most expensive place in Andalusia to buy a home, with an average price of €5,050 per square meter, closely followed by Benahavís at €4,746 per square meter. The next on the list are located in the province of Cádiz, with Zahara de los Atunes at €4,069 per square meter and Tarifa at €4,016 per square meter. Fuengirola ranks fifth at €3,814 per square meter. All of these areas are experiencing record-high prices.

Municipalities in Almería with the Largest Price Increases

In Almería (with an average price of €1,306 per square meter), several municipalities have seen substantial price increases. The top spot is held by Níjar, whose historic center is part of the association of Spain’s Most Beautiful Villages. This town has seen a 27.6% year-on-year increase, reaching a historic high of €1,753 per square meter in December 2024. Next is Cuevas del Almanzora
