This marks the company’s second development in Andalusia, aligning with its expansion strategy in the region. The new development offers 113 homes with two to four bedrooms, each with a private terrace, upholding the company’s commitment to high-quality standards. The project is structured as a low-density residential complex to provide greater space, tranquillity, and privacy. It also aims to achieve the highest energy efficiency rating by incorporating systems such as aerothermal technology for hot water production and heating, low-consumption lighting, and drought-resistant landscaping, among other sustainable solutions.
